Dogs And Dolphins

dogs, dolphins, healing, love, and nature

Over in the German Shepherd Interest group on MySpace, we have been following a tragic story. Duke is a white German Shepherd who was captured with a group of wild dogs. HE was only 1 of 2 wild dogs deemed eligible for adoption. He was adopted by two wonderful ladies who are not in the best of health. They were in a very bad auto accident that they were lucky to survive and Duke was in the car with them. After not knowing what had happened to him for several days he was finally sighted running wild again. To shorten a long story, for 4 weeks they have been trying to trap or intercept him with no success. At 6 pm, today, Thursday, March 6th I would like for you to join us in a joint effort to bring Duke safely home. Please sit quietly with your eyes closed and ask your Higher Power to summon Duke to the trap. Then try to visulize him approaching the trap, boldly entering and the trap door closing. behind him.

I am happy to report that Duke has been returned to his loving home. This was a truly inspiring story that literally hundreds of animal lovers around the world followed daily. There were over 290 posts of offers of help, suggestions, words of encouragement and prayers. It was a perfect example of how we are really all one, suffering together, praying together, and finally rejoicing together with people we know only on the internet over an animal we will only know by picture. If you go to myspace and then the german shepherd interest group, you will find the forum thread under a title something like "Just got a phone call, Duke may be alive." You will have to click on "view all topics" as this is a very active group.

Totally awesome.

In my own life, I have experienced animal loss, both personally and as support for others when they have lost one of their dear ones.

And the synchronicity that surrounds these stories brings strength to all who are involved.

It feels like the angels and higher powers are there to assist.

Well, as you say, we are all one.

And learning this from our dear animal friends is a great lesson in Joy!!

Thanks for sharing this!!
