Dolphin Encounter with Captain Chad

Wow! We went to Seabrook Island, SC this past weekend with our family. Our two adult children and their spouses and our two grandchildren all converged at our son's home at Seabrook Island. The Mechano Magic Once Over

Mooie's Birthday!!!

My dear soul Mukunda had his 11th birthday party last week!!

I took him on some of our haunts, for old time's sake.

I took him over to visit my friend Ellen, and when a cat appeared from nowhere,
Muke did not chase him.

Ellen was telling me about a mouse problem she was having. Suddenly

Dog Days

I found a rugged quartz crystal in our garden yesterday
and brought it to my writing table, to gaze at
its beauty and reveal its mystery as I write, like
gazing into a crystal ball.

The five crystals in the center of it are perfect,

Commercial Dog Food--My Pet Peeve

I prepare food for my dogs from scratch every day: organic meats,
rice and green beans with garlic, brewers yeast and stinging nettle
that grows in my backyard--prolifically!

The following is an email I received from Dr. Andrew Weil, about
what he feeds his dogs.
